1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ph456 platform — including the website, game lobby, payment services, promotional features, and customer support — you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ph456 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the ph456 platform and close your account. Continued use of ph456 following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or are physically located within Philippine jurisdiction at the time of play.

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by ph456 or any regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• Your use of ph456 does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in your jurisdiction of residence.

ph456 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport). Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by ph456 may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration

To access ph456's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information ph456 may require for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) purposes.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ph456 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph456 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, ph456 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Void and forfeit any bonuses, winnings, or promotional credits accumulated across duplicate accounts.
• Withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
• Report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities where required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your registered details must be reported to ph456 support promptly. ph456 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph456 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ph456 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

ph456 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph456 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

ph456 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be deemed your responsibility unless you have notified ph456 of unauthorized access in a timely manner and ph456 has confirmed the breach.

5Deposits & Payments

ph456 accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods for Philippine users:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

All deposit amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as published in the ph456 payment information section. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) verification. ph456 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction, including but not limited to proof of source of funds. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your name may be declined or reversed.

ph456 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. ph456 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. ph456 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 Philippine banking business days
• Debit Card: 3–5 Philippine banking business days

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the ph456 payment information section. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents are pending review.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violations.
• The withdrawal request triggers AML review thresholds.

ph456 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱200,000 per calendar month. Users subject to enhanced review will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide required documentation.

7Bonuses & Promotions

ph456 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free game credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified Philippine residents aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible account, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses expire after the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• ph456 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other users — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

8Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph456 are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

ph456 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

ph456 reserves the right to void any game round or bet in the following circumstances:

• A technical malfunction or software error affected the outcome of the game.
• The game was played in violation of applicable rules or these Terms.
• The outcome was influenced by fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of a software vulnerability.

In the event of a game void, the original stake will be returned to the user's account balance. ph456's decision on game disputes is final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory review processes.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph456 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Accessing or attempting to access ph456 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph456 games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.

• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

10Responsible Gaming

ph456 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its users. ph456 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from ph456 for a period of your choosing.

ph456 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the ph456 platform — including but not limited to the ph456 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph456 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph456 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph456 content without express written permission.
• Use ph456 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorized by ph456.
• Create derivative works based on ph456 content or software.
• Use ph456 content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of ph456 intellectual property may result in legal action. ph456 actively monitors for unauthorized use of its brand and content.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph456 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the ph456 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ph456's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the ph456 platform.
• Interruption or cessation of ph456 services for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or force majeure events.

ph456's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph456 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph456's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13Termination

ph456 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other ph456 policy.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. ph456 will process such refunds within a reasonable timeframe as determined by the circumstances of the closure.

You may close your ph456 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

14Amendments to These Terms

ph456 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph456 will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the ph456 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using ph456 and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ph456 recommends checking this page each time you access the platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph456, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph456 customer support. ph456 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, unless applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures require otherwise.
